Returns + Exchanges
If you have any questions about an item, sizing, fit or styling please feel free to ask. If something you purchase ends up not working out, you can send it back to us via USPS.
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. If clearance/sale items are returned, a credit will be issued for the current price of the item, including current discounts).
All gift cards are final sale.
Items that are eligible for returns must:
- be received within 20 days of the original purchase date;
- Items sent back within 40 days of the date of purchase will receive a store credit for the current price of the item, including current discounts and sale codes;
- be unwashed, unworn and unaltered;
- have no makeup stains, deodorant stains, or animal hair.
Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued within 3 business days. Please include your invoice or a print out of your e-confirmation (these are emailed to you from us after your order is placed) to receive a refund for the full amount you paid for the merchandise. Please note your tracking number from your label. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Since most items sell out quickly and are each uniquely made it is usually best to purchase the item you are wanting when you see it and get a full refund for your return. If you would rather exchange please write down your top 2 item choices and sizes that you would like on your invoice. If in stock your exchange will be shipped right out to you.
